As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Assess patients physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs considering diagnosis, age, care setting, desire for care and response to care plan.
• Plan care, collaborating with other members of the healthcare team.
• Deliver competent care as required by patient, plan of care, and care setting.
• Evaluate patients responses to care.
• Provide interactive patient and family education.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.

Required

• One year labor & delivery experience required in an acute care setting. 
• California RN license
• Basic Life Support from an AHA endorsed training center

Other programs/certifications candidates must obtain or complete within a specific time frame:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - must obtain wtihin 6 months of hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program - must complete within 6 months of hire
• Stable Program - must complete within 12 months of hire
