As our Nursing Assistant Float III you will help patients receive direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, so they can maintain patient safety and receive care according to established nursing standards.
Every day you will provide patient care according to established nursing standards, policies, and procedures. You will be expected to recognize and communicate abnormal findings and/or changes in patient status to the RN and provide emotional and supportive care for patients and families.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate meticulous attention to your duties, keen observation skills regarding patient conditions, and a receptive attitude towards coaching. You embrace continuous learning and are eager to enhance your caregiving abilities.
This position floats to 3 levels of care in 1-2 facilities, is paid a 20% differential (of the base hourly rate).
