Archway Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our EAP and behavioral health services. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients from their first point of contact. If you're organized, efficient, and dedicated to patient care, we encourage you to apply!

 

What You'll Do:

  • First Point of Contact: Answer and direct phone calls, greet patients warmly, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Patient Intake: Efficiently register patients, gather accurate demographic and insurance information, collect co-pays, and scan necessary documents into our EMR.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments and communicate any delays to patients and clinical staff.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare patient charts, manage record filing, assist with supply ordering, and reconcile cash.
  • Patient Discharge: Handle patient check-out, process payments, and schedule follow-up appointments.

Job Requirements

Highschool Degree or equivalent

Previouse office experience perferred
