Job Summary and Responsibilities

Job Summary / Purpose


As our Sr Financial Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner, leveraging advanced financial analysis to drive
insight, predictability, and efficiency in decision support operations.


Every day, you will analyze financial data to provide leaders with insights on initiative performance, forecasts,
and budgeting, improving expense predictability. You'll support budget development/variance reporting, present
recommendations to market finance leaders, and collaborate for consistent analysis and reporting across
functions.


To be successful in this role, you will possess deep expertise in financial modeling/data analysis, healthcare
operations understanding, and exceptional communication.

 

Essential Functions

 

Produces forecasts for volume & expense trends.
Analyzes market performance on expense reduction initiatives and update forecasts throughout the fiscal year.
Develops analytic models to provide insight to health system budgeting.
Develops budget variance reporting templates and organize market report-outs.
Connects with analysts from other functions to collaborate on analytic standards.
Helps coordinate improved cross-functional activity by utilizing analytics and key measurements to identify
opportunities to eliminate waste in processes.
Works closely with analysts and stakeholders in other business functions to develop an analyst community,
eliminating information gaps across functional areas.
Contributes to the development of data governance standards.
