We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Principal Program Analyst to lead and elevate Enterprise Resilience across our organization. This role will design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive resilience framework that ensures continuity of patient care, information technology, operations, and workplace safety through all phases of emergency management—mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. This role will drive system-level crisis management, cyber resilience, IT disaster recovery, business continuity, and enterprise risk management initiatives; partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders; and translate risk into prioritized, actionable programs that measurably reduce downtime and protect staff and patients. The ideal candidate brings deep subject-matter expertise, proven leadership in high-stakes environments, excellent stakeholder influence, and a track record of building resilient, compliant systems that perform under pressure.

Essential Functions include:

  • Program Management & Compliance: Manage and mature CommonSpirit Health’s Enterprise Resilience program to achieve and sustain compliance and industry standards. Ensure resilience controls, policies, and supporting plans are systematically embedded across the entire health system.
  • Resilience Planning: Implement new business continuity, cyber recovery, and enterprise resilience solutions, systems, and plans—designing end‑to‑end recovery strategies, integration patterns, and technical controls across clinical, operational, and IT environments to ensure rapid, coordinated recovery and minimal patient impact.
  • Operational Integration: Partner with clinical, IT, and operational teams across CommonSpirit’s hospitals, clinics, and support services to operationalize resilience controls, close compliance gaps, and protect patient care and safety across all served jurisdictions.
  • Audit and Regulatory Readiness: Produce audit-ready reporting and evidence packages for state and federal regulators, accrediting bodies, and customers. Represent CommonSpirit confidently in regulatory and contractual reviews and present findings.
  • Business Continuity Recovery Technical SME: Serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise resilience. This includes designing response and recovery plans for new clinical and technology services, authoring system-specific plans and runbooks, and leading realistic exercises and tabletop simulations with care delivery, IT and supply chain partners.
  • Procedure Harmonization: Collaborate with regional resilience leads and site leaders to harmonize crisis management, continuity, and recovery procedures across CommonSpirit's footprint, balancing enterprise standardization with local regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Build trusted senior relationships with clinical executives, operational leaders, and IT partners to foster and embed a culture of resilience within care delivery and enterprise operations.
