As our Lead Therapist, you will provide a continuum of services, delivering care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and physically-related disorders through an interdisciplinary approach, while also mentoring staff and overseeing daily operations of the unit or clinic.
Every day you will utilize the rehabilitation process to promote and restore optimal patient health through mobility training, strengthening, specialized manual therapy, and re-education. You will also manage staffing, patient scheduling, regulatory compliance, staff professional development, and physician relations, all while upholding our organizational mission and core values.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical expertise in therapy services, proven leadership and mentoring abilities, exceptional organizational and operational management skills, and a steadfast commitment to patient well-being, staff development, and regulatory compliance within a therapeutic setting. The Lead Therapist serves in a mentoring capacity for the therapy staff in their designated work area, e.g., an Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit or outpatient satellite clinic.
We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus, in addition to up to $8,000 in relocation assistance, to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
