Job Summary and Responsibilities

As the architect of our first impression, you’ll do more than just maintain the grounds—you’ll create the serene, high-end atmosphere that defines our visitors' experience. We are looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in the "wow factor," transforming standard lawns and pathways into a pristine, welcoming retreat.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Curate the Landscape: Take full ownership of our outdoor aesthetic by expertly mowing, trimming, and nurturing vibrant lawns, flowers, and shrubs.
  • Master the Elements: Manage irrigation, fertilization, and seasonal treatments (pesticides/herbicides) to ensure our greenery thrives year-round.
  • Ensure Perfection: Keep every driveway, entrance, and walkway in "white-glove" condition, providing a safe and polished environment for everyone.
  • Represent Excellence: Act as a vital member of the Facilities team, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professional care.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Team
 
We are looking for a dedicated professional who pairs a strong work ethic with a foundational knowledge of the outdoors. You aren’t just a worker; you’re a specialist who understands the rhythm of the seasons and the science behind a healthy landscape.
 
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • A Solid Foundation: A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Hands-on Expertise: At least one year of professional experience in horticulture or grounds maintenance. You know your way around a landscape and take pride in your craft.
  • Reliability & Mobility: A valid Oregon Driver’s License and a satisfactory motor vehicle report to ensure you can navigate our sites effectively.
  • The "Pro" Advantage (Preferred): Experience with sprinkler irrigation systems is a huge plus—helping us keep our grounds lush and efficient year-round.
