Develops, coordinates and provides employee health, wellness and preventive health services as well as health
education and guidance to all employees.

• Pre-Employment Physical Examinations Performs pre-employment health assessments for all new hires.
• Employee TB Prevention Program and FIT Respirator Testing
• Administers TB skin testing to all employees, interprets results of skin tests and if necessary (positive), orders chest x-ray and coordinates skin testing program for organization.
• Administers Employee FIT Respirator Testing for all employees.
• Volunteer TB Screening Program for Volunteers
• Administers TB skin testing for all YRMC volunteers and does follow up skin test interpretation.
• Administers Tuberculin Skin Testing.

Required

High School Graduate/GED

Two years of clinical nursing experience

Registered Nurse: AZ

Basic Life Support - CPR

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows.

Preferred

Two years of Employee Wellness/HealthNurse experience. and

Electronic medical record experience
