Are you a skilled and proactive Employee Health Nurse ready to drive workplace wellness? As our Employee Health Nurse, you'll be the champion of well-being, developing and delivering vital health services from pre-employment screenings and immunization programs to robust TB and respirator testing. Join us in fostering a safe, healthy, and thriving workplace!

• Pre-Employment Physical Examinations: Performs pre-employment health assessments for all new hires.
• Employee TB Prevention Program and FIT Respirator Testing
• Administers TB skin testing to all employees, interprets results of skin tests and if necessary (positive), orders chest x-ray and coordinates skin testing program for organization.
• Administers TB skin testing for all YRMC volunteers and does follow-up skin test interpretation.
• Participates and educates in monthly volunteer orientation regarding infection prevention and TB
• Administers and coordinates employee immunization and annual flu clinics according to CDC, County and State guidelines

Required

• Associates or BSN
• Two years of clinical nursing experience
• Registered Nurse: AZ
• AHA Basic Life Support - CPR
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, providing excellent customer service
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows

Preferred

• Two years of Employee Wellness/HealthNurse experience. and Electronic medical record experience
