Senior Project Coordinator Plant Maintenance

As our Senior Project Coordinator, Plant Maintenance, you will organize and support small-scale construction projects and provide administrative support to the Director of Plant Maintenance.

• Develops move-in processes and manages move-in procedures to help ensure smooth transitions.
• Acquires conceptual space planning from consultants as directed.
• Manages space allocation committee processes and organizes meetings. Tracks information and meeting results for space planning.
• Assists in processing pay applications.
• Supervises small scale construction projects. Keeps abreast of progress and quality of projects.
• Manages Infection Control requirements for construction.

Required:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One (1) year of experience contracting and construction background

Preferred:

• Three (3) years of experience contracting and construction background
