Position Summary:

Responsible for executing various clerical and secretary functions for the department: answer and direct phone calls, computer entry of patient data, exam entry, registrations/reception of patients, fulfillment of film requests, patient scheduling, referrals, enhancing patient experience by minimizing wait times, and providing other similar tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One (1) year clerical and/or receptionist experience required.
• Computer / typing skills
• Use of various office equipment including fax/copier
• Able to read, speak and write English
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office preferred
• Medical Terminology preferred
• Experience in a hospital or medical clinic preferred.
