Job Summary and Responsibilities

Assist the Violence Prevention Coordinator and Community Health Director in identifying violence prevention trainings, programs and educational material for the Community Health Department’s Mission and Ministry Funded Violence Prevention Planning grant. Violence prevention can be identified as, but not limited to: gang violence, domestic/partner violence, child neglect/elder abuse, and school based violence, gun safety awareness and human trafficking.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
  • Ability to work independently and work with others within a team environment.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Google Workspace required.
