Maintenance Engineer

As an Engineer, you will provide critical technical expertise and innovative solutions, driving the design, development, and optimization of our systems and processes.

• Ensures maintenance, operation and repair responsibilities meet department quality expectations.
• Ensures the quantity of maintenance, operation and repair responsibilities meets department expectations.
• Maintains skills, knowledge of position by keeping up with new technological advances.
• Exercises good judgment and decision making as an engineer.
• Utilizes time productively.
• Demonstrates the ability to safely and competently use equipment in the provision of department services.

Required

• High School graduate or GED
• Ability to pass licensing examination when required.
• Three (3) to five (5) years' experience orfour (4) year apprenticeship working in operations and maintenance.
• Extensive exposure to any of the following, including but not limited to; Electrical, Air Conditioning, Carpentry, Boiler, etc. Working knowledge of Medical Center systems a plus.
• A general mechanicalability in multiple trades is desired. Fast paced problem solver.
