As a Food Service Professional, you will prepare and distribute food safely and efficiently, maintaining quality, sanitation, and operational standards to support uninterrupted service for patients, staff, and visitors.
Every day you will prepare patient trays according to posted menus and individual preferences, collect used trays and dishes from patient areas, clean them using an automatic dishwasher, and return them to their proper storage locations.

- Sets up serving counters with hot and cold food items according to the established guidelines.
- Serves food graciously and accurately to all customers.
- Cleans and sanitizes tables, serving counters and other food service equipment.
- Prepares and serves grill menu items to order.
- Operates the cash register and maintains cash records per department policy.
- Maintains inventories, records temperatures, and assists in departmental quality assurance program.
