St. Elizabeth Hospital, located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, is a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado. Providing care through-out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic. At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the region's referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. Since 1952, St. Elizabeth has been serving the community in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages.

Responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education through an interdisciplinary approach. Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. In addition to caring for patients as described above, the Lead Therapist may serve in a mentoring capacity for the therapy staff and oversees day to day operations of the unit or clinic including, staffing, scheduling of patients, regulatory compliance, staff professional development, marketing and physician relations.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Masters Preferred
Doctorate Preferred
Two years of applicable work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit
Previous leadership experience, preferred
Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
Current state of employment licensure in physical therapy
BLS
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
