Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Director, Clinic Operations in Kearney, NE, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational performance and strategic growth of multiple clinic sites.

Every day you will manage clinic managers and staff, develop and implement operational best practices, ensure financial viability and regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives focused on patient experience and quality of care.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills, crucial for fostering efficient, high-performing clinics and achieving organizational objectives.

  • Assures compliance with all applicable JCAHO, federal, state and agency laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards.
  • Develops and manages capital and operational budgets in support of strategic plans and goals. Develops and monitors and responds to a full range of financial, service and quality indicators in all areas of responsibility.
  • Develops, coordinates, and manages operating systems and operational standardization, service standards, approaches, policies for the departments.
  • Maintains a system of management reporting that provides timely and relevant information on all aspects of clinic operations across the market.
  • Functions as a liaison for the assigned clinics within the market or multiple markets along with other departments within CHI Health and the Physician Enterprise to ensure an integrated operation of the clinics and facilities within the overall system.
  • Responsible for assuring appropriate management practices, maintenance of appropriate staffing levels competency assessment, staff orientation, ongoing education and development in all areas of responsibility.
