As our Dietitian, you will integrate advanced knowledge of nutrition science, medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease management, and behavioral health to deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling and education to ambulatory patients and community members.
Every day you will apply motivational interviewing techniques and adult learning principles to support sustainable behavior change across individual and group settings. The Dietitian provides telehealth-based counseling in addition to in-person services, participates in interdisciplinary care team collaboration, and contributes to the planning and implementation of Education Services programs within the Community Health Education department.
To be successful in this role, you will integrate robust clinical expertise with empathetic, evidence-based care, consistently adhering to professional standards and fostering effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.
