Acts as a resource for the Patient Access Department and patient access supervisor. Assist with hiring. Responsible for training new staff, auditing charts, and process/policy implementation. Assist Facility Administrator at their request.

Required
High Scool Diploma/GED
One (1) year of recent medical office, hospital registration, or banking experience
Two (2) years of customer service experience
American Heart Association Basic Life Support
Preferred
Associates Degree or a combination of education and job-related experience
One (1) year of management, supervisor, or lead experience
