Bruceville Terrace provides skilled nursing, rehabilitative and complex medical services to our patients and residents using an interdisciplinary team approach. Over half of the facility is dedicated to skilled nursing/convalescent care, while the remaining beds are committed to meet the medical and rehabilitative needs of the short-term patient after a stay at the acute care hospital. As a Skilled Nursing Manager, you will manage the resources and daily activities of a nursing department while ensuring environmental factors support high standards of patient care. You will assist in the training and development of new and existing staff members.
Every day, you will create and maintain an environment that is conducive to learning transfer. You will also coordinate the activities of the unit for each shift and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the nursing staff.
