Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Electrophysiology Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our EP team to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.

Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.

  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and professional development to a team of EP Clinic Registered Nurses
  • Oversee the daily operations of the EP Clinic, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, best practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Champion patient-centered care, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of services to individuals with complex heart rhythm conditions.
  • Foster a cohesive and supportive team environment, promoting effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration with EP physicians, advanced practice providers, and other departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive patient education on various EP procedures and conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in Electrophysiology preferred. 
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • In-depth knowledge of EP procedures, devices (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders), medications, and patient management protocols.
