Job Summary and Responsibilities

Join our growing Behavioral Health team in a dynamic dual-role position designed for compassionate clinicians who are passionate about both direct patient care and clinical leadership. This unique opportunity combines inpatient behavioral health therapy with hospital-wide mental health assessment support, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across multiple levels of patient care.

In this role, you will maintain a caseload within the inpatient Behavioral Health Unit while also providing level-of-care assessments for patients throughout Holy Cross West Hospital departments. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to support patients experiencing mental health crises, assist with care coordination, and help ensure patients receive the most appropriate level of behavioral health services.

In addition to direct clinical responsibilities, this position serves as a key clinical lead for the Psych Assessment Team and inpatient therapists. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship and clinical guidance while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered, and trauma-informed environment.

This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, values teamwork, and is passionate about advancing behavioral health care within the hospital system.
