Are you a Registered Nurse looking to make a profound impact? Join our dedicated Registered Nurse Clinic team, specifically within our dynamic Urology Clinic, where your expertise will directly contribute to improving the lives of patients facing urological health challenges.

 

In the vital role of Urology Clinic RN you will:

  • Become a cornerstone of urological patient care: Bring your knowledge of community health concepts, principles of ambulatory clinical nursing care, case management, and care coordination to profoundly impact the unique needs of our urology patients.
  • Champion collaborative patient care in Urology: Assume full responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with our specialized urology healthcare team (including urologists, APPs, and support staff) and, most importantly, with our urology patients and their families.
  • Empower urology patients: Utilize best practice strategies to maximize patient engagement and patient self-management efforts, helping individuals navigate and effectively manage their urological conditions.
  • Deliver exceptional, specialized nursing care: Promote the optimal health, well-being, and safety of the urology patient through the expert application of the nursing process and in strict accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act, tailored to the complexities of urological health.
  • Embody our unwavering commitment: Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, embracing our organizational mission, and upholding our core values, all while contributing to the specialized and compassionate environment of our Urology Clinic.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • One year experience preferred
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • BSN Preferred, encouraged to obtain within 3-years of assuming role
  • Current state RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact
  • Current BLS is required
  • RNs Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN, preferred

Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
