The Practice Manager is responsible for designated practices and collaborates within an integrated healthcare delivery system. Customers include, but are not limited to regional leadership, physicians, providers, practice management, and staff. External customers include patients, and their caretakers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and the community. This position also develops plans to identify and reach short and long-term goals and assure development and compliance with operating and capital budgets and achievements of financial performance.
This position supports 6-11 providers and supervises the staff associates. The scope of this role includes practice management of an outpatient ambulatory site. Management includes multiple specialties, clinics and providers. The clinic operations will report directly to this role, and this role will have direct supervisory and managerial functions of the clinic’s practice. This role will report to the Director of Regional Operations.

Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily during standard business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). Leadership positions may occasionally require availability outside of regular business hours to support operational needs, internal communications, and business priorities.
