Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiac Catheterization, you are a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. You will leverage your expertise daily to provide individualized, comprehensive care, performing critical assessments, assisting in specialized procedures, and meticulously implementing cardiac-focused patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for cardiac patients.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities, balancing procedural demands with patient needs and comfort.
• Advocates for patient needs through holistic care.
• Recognizes and adapts to rapid changes in cardiac patients' condition (vitals, labs, EKG, hemodynamics) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Assists cardiologists during cath lab procedures, monitors patients closely, and administers medications.

Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Registered Nurse: AZ or Compact
• Two (2) years recent experience in Cardiovascular Telemetry ICU or ER 
• American Heart Association
  •  Basic Life Support 
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days

Preferred

• BSN 
• Two(2) years Cath Lab
