Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating
and evaluating the effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the service line program in accordance
with facility policies, service line objectives, and clinical standards. Accountable for program accreditation
and/or certification by regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing required
  • Master Degree preferred
  • Registered Nurse license thought the state of employment
  • Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
  • Certified Nurse Manager & Leader certification is required within 6 month
  • Five years of nursing experience in acute care
  • 2 years nursing experience in area of specialty
  • Experience with data analysis and performance improvement
  • Experience with program coordination
  • Previous leadership experience, preferred
  • Requires advanced knowledge in nursing, evidence-based practice methods, and person-centered care
    concepts
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and requirements

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
