CHI St. Alexius Health Turtle Lake is a 25 bed critical access hospital with a Level V Emergency Department that is available 24 hours a day. Our hospital has been committed to providing patients quality medical treatment in the Turtle Lake area and surrounding communities since 1952. Through the years, the hospital has sought to continually upgrade the quality and numbers of services it provides. The hospital's affiliation with major medical centers and health care agencies has allowed it to expand its health care services through a network that begins at the local level. CHI St. Alexius Health Turtle Lake is equipped with 2 emergency rooms, on-site lab, radiology, CT and physical therapy services. Our patients have access to 24/7 emergency care, swing-bed programs, and acute care services.

• Keeping Us Organized: From patient charts to supply orders, you'll be the organizational guru who keeps our department running smoothly.
• Master Scheduler: You'll manage appointments across multiple clinics (Underwood, Washburn, McClusky, Sheridan Memorial, Turtle Lake, plus OT/Speech!) ensuring our patients get the care they need, when they need it.
• Revenue Rockstar: You'll play a key role in daily reconciliation and charge accuracy, keeping our financial healthy.
• Patient & Provider Liaison: You'll ensure proper documentation, signed forms, and clear communication between patients, therapists, and providers.
• Department Dynamo: You'll maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming environment, setting the stage for successful therapy.

Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have positive and effective skills in dealing with patients, families, visitors, co-workers, providers and other hospital staff. Accountable for own conduct and promotes and supports positive working relationships among staff, departments, families, visitors and patients. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate behavior consistent with our mission statement. Maintains confidentiality.
