CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

Pharmacy Resident: Innovate Patient Care & Shape Pharmacy!

Are you a passionate Pharmacy Resident ready to make a real impact? We're seeking a collaborative professional to join our team, focusing on both cutting-edge clinical services and efficient drug distribution.

 

You'll shine by:

  • Optimizing patient outcomes: Monitoring drug therapies, ensuring medication appropriateness, and providing expert recommendations.
  • Driving clinical excellence: Participating in pharmacokinetic monitoring, TPN calculations, anticoagulant management, and more.
  • Contributing to system-wide improvement: Supporting formulary decisions, preparing monographs, and influencing departmental policies.
  • Fostering a culture of safety: Reviewing and reporting medication events and adverse drug reactions.
  • Mentoring future leaders: Assisting with residency recruitment and evaluations.

Job Requirements

Graduate of a College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree in Pharmacy

Licenses as a pharmacist in the state of North Dakota in good standing

Computer proficiency and training to provide pharmaceutical care to all ages of patients
