Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

  • Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation
  • Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
  • Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.
  • Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.
  • Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.
  • Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Associate Of Nursing ADN - Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience
  • Registered Nurse: CA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days


Preferred

  • BSN
  • 2 years or greater recent periop experience as circulating and/or scrubbing RN or Clinical nursing in Tele, CCU or ED.
  • Experience as RN in CVOR, Ortho, Neuro,General, Robotics, GYN, Advanced Endoscopy, Hybrid procedures and Urology highly preferred
