Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are offering $10,000 in relocation assistance to qualified candidates

As our Med Surg Tele Nurse, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

  • Performs assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement and patient advocacy
  • Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes
  • Implements care in a thorough, skillful and consistent manner
  • Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies
  • Effectively communicates with patients, staff and providers

Job Requirements

Required

 

  • Associate's degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent
  • One (1) year acute care RN experience
  • Valid compact state or Arizona RN license
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certificate
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate


Preferred

  • One (1) year of pediatric RN experience 
  • Bachelor's degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent
  • American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support certificate
