As our Patient Resource Tech, you will provide essential support across various patient care and hospital operations, directly contributing to patient safety, comfort, and operational efficiency. You will rotate through multifaceted roles, including patient sitter, transportation aide, and hospital entry screener, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to a seamless patient experience.
Every day you will act as a patient sitter, providing 24-hour visual observation and prompt response to patient needs and requests, ensuring their safety and comfort. When functioning as a transportation aide, you will safely transport patients, equipment, and supplies throughout the hospital, ensuring efficient movement and accurate tracking of assignments.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or GED. You must hold a current BLS-CPR certification upon hire. We are seeking individuals with prior experience in a healthcare setting who demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to read and comprehend instructions clearly, and strong technical proficiency in obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs accurately.
