As a Revenue Cycle Trainer, you will be a pivotal force in optimizing our operational efficiency and maximizing value across the entire Revenue Cycle by empowering our end-users with expert-level Epic system knowledge. You will design, develop, and maintain engaging and effective training programs, directly impacting user proficiency and the seamless adoption of our Epic platform. This role is crucial for ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills to navigate complex financial workflows, contributing significantly to our organization's success and providing top-tier patient experience.
Every day you will immerse yourself in the intricacies of the Epic system, specifically focusing on Revenue Cycle functionalities, configurations, and operational workflows. You will craft comprehensive training materials, including presentations, job aids, and practice exercises, tailored to various learning styles. You'll lead dynamic training sessions, track attendance, and rigorously assess proficiency to ensure content mastery. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with Epic teams to align training development with project timelines and continually integrate new functionalities and best practices into the curriculum.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a deep understanding of Epic's Revenue Cycle applications, coupled with a proven ability to translate complex technical information into easily digestible and actionable training content. Your strong presentation and facilitation skills will enable you to effectively engage diverse audiences, making learning an interactive and positive experience. Meticulous organization, an eye for detail in material development, and the capacity to develop methods for assessing learning outcomes are paramount. Prior experience in Epic training delivery, curriculum design, and a passion for adult learning principles will be essential in driving user adoption and optimizing our Revenue Cycle performance.
