As Registered Nurse (RN), you are a professional caregiver assuming full responsibility and accountability for patient assignments. Leveraging your expertise and therapeutic use of self, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that profoundly impacts patient well-being and recovery.

• Performs routine physical/psychosocial assessment to collect basic data: follows the written plan of care, standards, practice guidelines, utilizes pathways, which includes notifying physicians as appropriate
• Formulates a plan of care for individual needs, including patient population needs and participates in the planning of routine transitional health care needs (i.e. treatment options, patient placement options)
• Adapts planned educational programs and information to individual patients and family by modifying teaching strategies or content and integrates education during the delivery of patient care
• Ensures efficiency in the delivery of care to determine immediate priorities and to offer solutions for problems
• Makes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge drawn from education and experience
• Actively advocates for patient rights, identifies potential conflict and seeks counsel for resolution of conflict

• Associate Of Nursing From an accredited school of nursing
• Three years recent hospital experienceand/or previous nursing practiceexperience
• Registered Nurse: CA
• Basic Life Support - CPR
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• Certified Ostomy Care Nurse, within 6 - months
• Certified Wound Care Nurse, within 6 - months 
• Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse, within 6 - months
• Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse, within 6 - months
