Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Patient Companion, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, dedicated to optimizing patient safety and well-being. You will be part of our highly specialized team of patient caregivers.

 

Every day, you will maintain continuous oversight of assigned patients while diligently monitoring their physical and emotional condition.

 

To be successful in this role, you must be compassionate and comfortable interacting with patients who might be emotional, panicked, stressed, or in pain. While performing duties under various circumstances, you will be eager to work calmly and efficiently to respond to situations, ensuring the best possible outcome for the patient.

  • Monitor patients for changes in physical, emotional, or mental conditions.
  • Relay patient requests and critical observations to assigned staff.
  • Observe and record all patient activity every 15 minutes.
  • Give and receive accurate reports to ensure continuity of care.
