CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. As our Clinic LPN, you will help register, collect payments, room, assist the provider with care and treatment, discharge, and following-up with patients.
Everyday you will, assist the provider with front office and back office duties in the outpatient management of patients on a rotating basis. Additionally, the Clinic LPN is responsible for a variety of clinical functions within a clinic setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude.
To be successful in this role you must act as the patient advocate. The Clinic LPN has continuous contact with providers, patients, patient families/significant others, community agencies, and patient care staff and management.
