Job Summary and Responsibilities

Every day you will answer and route phone calls, schedule appointments, and meticulously collect, verify, and update patient demographic, copay, and insurance information. Your commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, adhering to all policies and standards, and embodying our values of compassion and integrity, will be crucial. Bilingual abilities and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems are a plus, empowering you to contribute to a "healthier future for all" in our patient-centered clinic.
