As one of the nation’s largest nonprofit Catholic healthcare organizations, CommonSpirit Health delivers more than 20 million patient encounters annually through more than 2,300 clinics, care sites and 137 hospital-based locations, in addition to its home-based services and virtual care offerings. Together with our patients, physicians, partners, and communities, we are creating a more just, equitable, and innovative healthcare delivery system.
As our Connection Center Clinical Content Specialist, you will serve as the essential bridge between our clinical practice staff and the Connection Center. You will be the primary advocate for a patient-centric culture, ensuring that our medical group’s values are reflected in every interaction while fostering strong, collaborative relationships across all departments. By acting as the central point of contact for clinical leadership, you will address operational needs, resolve concerns, and ensure that our business goals align perfectly with the evolving requirements of our healthcare providers.
Every day you will manage the critical workflow of collecting and optimizing provider booking guidelines to ensure seamless scheduling operations. Your responsibilities include performing project discovery, conducting quality assurance on scheduling protocols, and transforming complex business needs into actionable, functional requirements. You will lead cross-functional projects, model future-state processes, and provide live demonstrations of new workflows to stakeholders, ensuring that all systems are maintained at the highest standard of efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will leverage your expertise in business systems analysis and healthcare operations to drive continuous improvement. You will be a subject matter expert who can interpret performance data, translate feedback from post-call surveys into actionable optimizations, and guide new clinics through successful onboarding processes. Your ability to maintain a traceability matrix and define clear acceptance criteria will ensure that our technological implementations consistently meet the needs of both our staff and our patients.
