Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Supervisor Clinic Practice, you will lead the charge in optimizing health care delivery within our community, ensuring top-tier quality and cost-effectiveness. You'll partner with practice management and directors to streamline operations, enhance patient experience, and boost overall financial performance, driving innovation and fostering a sense of urgency to advance our health system. 

 

Every day you will provide day-to-day operational oversight for one to two physician clinics, covering everything from service expansion and growth to personnel management and community relations. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs), manage staff schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, develop staff through coaching, and manage budgets effectively. Your responsibilities also include leading team huddles, analyzing financial data, and spearheading programs to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

 

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills, coupled with proficiency in grammar, computer usage, and the ability to process written and verbal instructions effectively.   • Provide leadership in daily operations of the practice.
  • Develop and maintain a positive employee and provider environment that results in a productive, motivated, and engaged workforce.
  • Recruits, selects, monitors, develops, coaches, and mentors staff to achieve outcomes for quality patient care.
  • Responsible for creating staff schedules to meet clinic coverage needs and adhering to staffing ratios.
  • Oversees the clinic staff in all activities to ensure high quality standards are met and to keep the facility running smoothly.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of experience working in a physician practice

Preferred

  • One (1) year supervisory experience strongly
  • Bachelor degree
