As our Perioperative Scheduler, you will be the vital link in coordinating surgical and anesthesia procedures, ensuring seamless flow and optimal resource utilization within our dynamic healthcare setting. Your role is central to organizing patient care pathways and maintaining operational efficiency.
Every day you will meticulously schedule procedures, gathering essential patient and procedural information, and managing the distribution and updates of complex schedules. You will perform critical computer data entry and retrieval, directly contributing to the smooth daily operations of our perioperative services.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, enabling effective communication with all stakeholders. Your ability to accurately obtain information, coordinate resources, and maintain detailed statistical data will be key to maximizing efficiency and supporting our specialized surgical teams.
