As our Critical Care Tech, you will perform direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with RNs or physicians, facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the team to meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient.
Every day you will assist in patient care, order/receive/stock supplies for the department/unit, and help support staff with filing, medical records, and various daily tasks, all while ensuring continuous communication and collaboration within the care team.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong patient care skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, meticulous attention to detail in supply management, and a commitment to supporting the critical care team in a fast-paced environment.
