Founded in 1955, Dignity Health - Northridge Hospital Medical Center is a 394-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located. Serving over 80,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including a Level II Trauma Center, heart care, cancer care and women’s health. It is the only pediatric trauma center in the San Fernando Valley.

As a Parents as Teachers Program Manager, you will lead our early childhood and family support initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to the evidence-based Parents as Teachers model. You will be instrumental in guiding a dedicated team, managing program funds, and fostering strong community networks.
Every day, you will manage all aspects of the Parents as Teachers Program Manager, including program implementation, budget management, and data collection. Supervise a team of Family Service Workers, providing ongoing training, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations.
