Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinical Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives. This pivotal role prioritizes patient satisfaction and positive patient outcomes, ensuring every individual receives personalized attention and feels supported throughout their healthcare journey. We are seeking dedicated nurses passionate about patient-centered care and upholding the highest standards of empathetic service.

 

  • Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive patient screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, and provide vital preventative health education tailored to diverse patient populations.
  • You'll expertly coordinate care, leveraging technology to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
  • A key responsibility involves identifying and addressing sensory impairments to ensure clear communication, patiently guiding patients through instructions, and meticulously addressing their concerns.
  • You'll proactively gather essential information, meticulously review medical records, and assess all critical systems (cardiovascular, renal, respiratory) to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical preparation.

Job Requirements

Required

  • RN license from State of California
  • Minimum one year experience as an O.R. Staff Nurse required. *Enrollment & successful completion into the Periop 101 program (26 weeks) will be considered in lieu of experience

  • Registered Nurse: CA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
