Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

  • Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient. Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
  • Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues. Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
  • Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside. Recognizes limits of scope of practice, seeks multidisciplinary collaboration, utilizes appropriate resources, and follows chain of command. Partners with others to affect change and generate outcomes through knowledge of the patient or situation.
  • Delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient, potential for harm, patient stability, task complexity, and outcome predictability within the scope of skill set and practice. Assumes accountability for decisions made.
  • Participates as a team member by utilizing team skills and communication skills effectively on a daily basis. Uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs.
  • Participates in the development of others through mentoring and precepting activities. Engages and motivates others around the delivery of care. Represents the organization in a positive manner.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse: AZ
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support 


Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Science Nursing
  • One year recent acute care experience, upon hire
