As our System Vice President of Development for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), you are the senior leader responsible for driving CommonSpirit Health's ambulatory surgery growth strategy. This encompasses leading proactive sourcing, evaluation, and execution of various development avenues, including acquisitions, de novo sites, physician joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Every day you will be responsible for managing all aspects of deal sourcing, structuring, and due diligence to expand the organization's ASC footprint and strengthen physician alignment in key markets. The System VP ASC Development works extensively with numerous internal departments—M&A, strategy, finance, operations, legal, construction, and physician enterprise teams—to cultivate a high-performing ASC portfolio that not only improves access and enhances affordability, but also robustly supports overall market growth objectives.
