As our Milk Technician, you will support our mission by safely preparing human milk and formula for a Level III NICU, ensuring quality of life for our youngest patients.
Every day you will interpret technical physician orders, ensure accurate dosing, maintain quality and safety, order supplies, and adhere to all policies and procedures. You will also train new and ancillary staff as needed, operating equipment efficiently under regulatory guidelines and maintaining aseptic conditions.
To be successful in this role, you will possess meticulous attention to detail in formula preparation and dosing, strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and aseptic techniques, and the ability to interpret technical orders, maintain safety, and provide training in a sensitive NICU environment.
