Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Education Coordinator, you will help healthcare professionals and students gain essential knowledge and skills so they can provide exceptional patient care and meet professional standards.

 

Everyday you will coordinate and deliver healthcare-related educational programs. You will be expected to manage our learning management systems, administer academic agreements, and support regulatory compliance.

 

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organizational and presentation skills, deep understanding of healthcare education, and a passion for teaching.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and policy software, including troubleshooting and user support.
  • Coordinate and conduct diverse healthcare training initiatives, providing direct instruction as needed.
  • Manage and renew academic affiliation agreements, including negotiation and oversight of student onboarding.
  • Maintain comprehensive education calendars, track attendance, and assist in evaluating programming.
  • Provide technical support and in-service training for educational software users.
  • Support compliance with regulatory and professional standards, contributing to quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Associates degree in Related field OR Combination experience and education (experience may be accepted in lieu of degree)
  • 1 year previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or System Administrator with an emphasis on project management
