As our Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will oversee operations and clinical aspects of our rehabilitation programs at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, and St. John's Hospital in Camarillo. Your leadership will help ensure high-quality, patient-centered, and effective services, optimizing recovery and independence.
Every day, you will manage and mentor rehabilitation staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, regulations, and patient safety. You'll coordinate care, optimize schedules and workflows, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians. You will also monitor outcomes, identify improvements, and implement enhancement strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership and team management, with in-depth knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to patient-centered care and program excellence are essential.
