Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Program Coordinator, you will be a pivotal administrative leader, ensuring seamless planning, organization, and implementation of your assigned program.

Every day, you'll coordinate all program aspects, leveraging strategic plan goals for comprehensive administrative leadership. You'll meticulously manage logistics, resources, and timelines, aligning with objectives for successful program execution.

To be successful, you'll combine strong organizational and administrative skills with a proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate, ensuring efficient and impactful program delivery.

  • Coordinates supplemental treatment, admission/discharge and follow-up appointments for patients.
  • Independently acts as concierge for all patients which includes coordination of benefits, hospital stay coverage, appointments and hotel accommodations if needed, provides leadership in coordination of care.
  • Coordinate Consensus Committee Meetings, identifying patients ready for presentation, prepare clinical information, imaging, send meeting invites to physician team.
  • Act as a liaison for all patients and their families.
  • Provides support and information to physicians, residents and families regarding patient's needs and actively participates in process improvement.
  • Develops brochures and marketing materials for patients, families, staff and outside physicians.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of related clinical experience within the healthcare industry or a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working in healthcare program coordination
  • Basic computer skills

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree
  • Five (5) years experience
