Hello Humankindness
Join the Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican, San Martín Campus, and become part of a legacy of compassionate care spanning over 70 years. As a valued member of our team, you'll contribute to southern Nevada's only not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system, guided by the inspiring vision of the Adrian Dominican Sisters.
Dignity Health is deeply committed to providing high-quality, affordable, patient-centered care, with a special focus on serving the poor and underserved – a mission we proudly uphold at St. Rose Dominican.
At San Martín, we don't just provide medical care; we foster a holistic environment that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Our 147-bed facility in Las Vegas is designed with both patient well-being and employee comfort in mind. You'll work in a modern setting featuring serene spaces like the Rendina Family Healing Garden with its cascading waterfall and the reflective labyrinth designed by Robert Ferré – amenities that offer peace and tranquility not just to our patients, but to our dedicated staff as well. Our quiet chapel provides a sacred space for all seeking solace.
We are also a proud member of CommonSpirit Health, a national leader operating over 2,200 care sites across 24 states. This vast network provides unparalleled opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and making a profound difference on a grander scale, collectively impacting nearly 1 in 4 U.S. residents.
