Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Contract Administrator at CHI St. Vincent, you will help our leaders and business partners manage contracts efficiently and compliantly so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Every day you will coordinate contract review and administration, maintain the contract management process, and support compliance initiatives across the organization. You will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders, monitor contract activity, prepare reports, and ensure contracting processes align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational and communication skills, experience managing contracts or compliance-related work, and the ability to analyze information while building relationships across multiple departments.

  • Coordinate contract administration, including contract submissions, reviews, renewals, and maintaining the centralized contract database.
  • Monitor contract compliance by supporting audits, reviewing processes, and helping ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to analyze contracting needs, recommend process improvements, and support sourcing strategies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other communications related to contract management and compliance while providing exceptional customer service across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university,
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a related field,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization,
  • Experience preparing reports, business correspondence, presentations, and executive summaries,
  • Knowledge of contract management processes, compliance practices, and cost/price analysis techniques,
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, and
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
