As our RN Per Diem II - Emergency Services, you will be a vital member of our patient care team, delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Every day you will perform clinical assessments and risk screenings, develop age-specific care plans, and prioritize care based on patient acuity. You will execute physician orders, manage medications, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow. Throughout your shift, you will communicate effectively with patients and families, provide thorough bedside reports, and document care accurately while maintaining a commitment to patient satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical expertise with technological proficiency, a commitment to AIDET principles, and a patient-centered approach. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to anticipate complications, and the flexibility to adapt care plans to meet the unique, ever-changing needs of our emergency patients.
Per Diem II Requirements: Must agree to work 1 major & 2 minor holiday per year, 9 shifts per a 6 week period, and 3 of which should be a wekeend shift per a 6 week period.
